Returns & Refunds Policy

Due to the nature of our business and the products we sell, the frozen and perishable products are not covered by the UK cooling-off period (Consumer rights act 2015), and cannot be returned unless your products arrive damaged or contaminated in any way

Non-Perishable items are still covered by the UK 14 day cooling-off period 

If any of your products are damaged in any way upon receipt, 

please call us on 01743 600183 or email us at hello@olitorykitchen.co.uk

Please send an image of the damaged product along with your order number and an explanation of the problem. 

If the products are faulty through no fault of your own, we will happily replace or refund the affected item/s
